Service agreement

Every plan starts with a one-time setup fee, shown on the pricing section and charged once at checkout. It covers the initial configuration, implementation and onboarding of your systems, including integration setup and training. It is not charged again on any renewal.

Your monthly subscription begins the day you check out and includes your first month of service, billed together with the setup fee as the total due today.

After the first payment, your subscription renews automatically each month at the recurring rate shown on the plan, until you cancel. The recurring charge is always the monthly subscription price; the setup fee is never repeated.

Your plan includes the features listed for it on the pricing section. Any usage limits or additional usage charges that apply to your service are confirmed in writing with you during onboarding, before your build begins, and form part of this agreement.

Your payment method is charged at checkout and again on each monthly renewal date. You can view invoices and update your payment method at any time from the billing portal linked on your confirmation page.

If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider retries it and your subscription may be marked past due until payment succeeds or you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal on your confirmation page, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no further monthly charges are made after it takes effect.

Cancelling does not remove access you have already paid for.

Onboarding begins after your payment is confirmed: we schedule your setup, configure your systems, integrate them with your tools and train your team. Support is included with every plan at the level listed on the pricing section.

Refunds, billing disputes and early cancellations are handled case by case under this agreement. If something is not right with your bill or your service, contact us first and we will work to resolve it.

We may update this agreement from time to time. The version in effect when you check out is the version that governs your purchase, and we will tell you about changes that affect an active subscription.
